Is it my imagination or did the Asheville Post Card Company out of North Carolina produce some of the most politically-incorrect (by today's standards) postcards of the linen era?...BTW, nice job on the skin tone...NOT!
I think it was a horrible sunburn to the face considering the hands seem "somewhat" normal. Definitely overkill on the face. Great composition for a postcard though. **This postcard brought to you by TARGET.
They certainly went overboard with the coloring, didn't they.
